The Region of Peel on Behalf of Peel Regional Police (PRP) Facility Management requires a consultant to complete building condition assessments (BCA), capital expenditure studies (CES) and mechanical and electrical (M & E) studies for the following PRP facilities:

1.1  Sir Robert Peel/Annex, 7750 Hurontario Street, Brampton
1.2  11 Division, 3030 Erin Mills Parkway, Mississauga
1.3  Emil Kolb Centre, 180 Derry Road, Mississauga
1.4  22 Division, 7750 Hurontario Street, Brampton
1.5  12 Division, 4600 Dixie Road, Mississauga
1.6  Materials Management Centre (MMC), 25 Wilkinson Road, Brampton
1.7  Peel Police Headquarters, 7150 Mississauga Road, Mississauga
1.8  Training Facility 6405 Kestrel Road, Mississauga

PRP also requires a Facility Condition Index completed for Sir Robert Peel/Annex, 7750 Hurontario Street, Brampton.

This procurement is issued in accordance with the terms of the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement
(CETA), Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), and other applicable trade agreements.
