The Agency intends to retain a Consulting Engineering firm to undertake project management, engineering services, contract administration, and site inspection services related to the GE Booth Water Resource Recovery Facility (WRRF) TOX2 and Ancillary System Refurbishment Project. This procurement is issued in accordance with the terms of the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA), Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), and other applicable trade agreements. |
