This is a Co-operative call for public tenders made by the Regional Municipality of Peel on behalf of:  The Corporation of the City of Brampton, The Corporation of the City of Mississauga, The Town of Caledon, The Regional Municipality of Peel, including Peel Regional Police (the “Partners”) to submit bids to provide Network Construction, Emergency Repairs, Fibre Splicing, Wireless and Annual Inspections for the Region of Peel.

CONTRACT
The agreement attached to the Document as Appendix 5.1 will govern the provision of services by the Vendor. Bidder Submissions which are qualified by the Bidder based on terms the Bidder wishes to negotiate, or which contain any other proposed form of agreement, will be disqualified and not considered. 

The successful Bidder will be required to enter into four (4) individual contracts with each Partner.  Each Partner will be required to execute an agreement and issue their own Purchase Order.
