Description: 

The work includes the construction, integration, commissioning, and delivery of the new Jack Darling 3 Sewage Pumping Station (JD3) in Mississauga, Ontario. The project involves a deep underground pumping station, associated underground chambers, an above‑grade control building, forcemains, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and control systems, site works, and decommissioning of the existing Jack Darling 1 Pumping Station. The work will be completed within an active wastewater system and public park environment while maintaining continuous operation of existing facilities.

This procurement is issued in accordance with the terms of the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA), Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), and other applicable trade agreements.
