Description: 

The Agency intends to retain a Professional Engineering Firm (Vendor) to undertake the pre-design, design, construction, and warranty services for a Lake Ontario Monitoring System to fulfil the requirements of Specify Action Policy LO-G-2 at both the Arthur P Kennedy (APK) and Lorne Park (LP) Water Treatment Plants. 

The bid document will be posted https://peelregion.bidsandtenders.ca when available. This procurement is issued in accordance with the terms of the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA), Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), and other applicable trade agreements.
