The Regional Municipality of Peel (herein referred to as the “Agency”) is ”) is seeking the services of a qualified architectural consulting firm to complete a comprehensive feasibility assessment and preliminary planning necessary to inform the future redevelopment of the existing Wilkinson Shelter Site, located at 15 Wilkinson Road, Brampton, ON..

The feasibility assessment required under this Document will provide the Agency with a comprehensive understanding of the viability of three redevelopment options for the existing Wilkinson Shelter site that meet the functional, operating, preliminary planning and constructability requirements of the Agency, and shall be constructed using off-site manufactured systems that may be either volumetric modular construction systems or prefabricated structural and façade systems. The preferred redevelopment option selected by the Agency will directly inform the future Wilkinson Shelter redevelopment procurement.  

The Vendor who will be awarded this Contract and provides all required architectural services for the feasibility and preliminary planning of the Wilkinson Shelter Redevelopment will NOT be precluded from participating, either as a Bidder or a sub-consultant, in any subsequent procurement(s) for the Wilkinson Shelter Redevelopment project. The feasibility assessment and site concept plan(s) that are developed by the successful Vendor under this Contract will be provided to all Bidders on the subsequent procurement(s) for the Wilkinson Shelter Redevelopment project.
