The Agency requires a Vendor to haul approximately 130,000 m3 tunnel spoil stockpiled at the Clarkson
Wastewater Treatment Plant (Clarkson WWTP) to the Lakeview Waterfront
Connection (LWC) Site in the City of Mississauga

This procurement is issued in accordance with the terms of the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement
(CETA), Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), and other applicable trade agreements.
