PREQUALIFICATION OF BUILDING ENVELOPE CONTRACTORS FOR VARIOUS REGION OF PEEL AND PEEL LIVING BUILDINGS 

The Projects will include the following scope:

  1. Exterior siding replacement
  2. Eavestroughs and downspout replacement
  3. Facia and soffit replacement
  4. Localized brick masonry repairs
  5. Aluminum and Vinyl Windows and exterior doors replacement
  6. Replacement of Entrance Glazing Systems on high-rise buildings
  7. Roofing replacement
  8. Foundation waterproofing
  9. Exterior Cladding Rehabilitation that includes exterior masonry cavity walls repairs and over cladding with another system
  10. Balconies restoration including concrete repairs, waterproofing and replacement of guardrails

Multiple Tenders will be issued tentatively in  2026.

The bid document will be posted https://peelregion.bidsandtenders.ca when available. This procurement is issued in accordance with the terms of the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA), Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), and other applicable trade agreements.
