The
Agency requires implementation of an “out of the box”, cloud-based Electronic
Plan Review (EPR) solution that can be configured to meet the needs of
stakeholder groups across the Agency’s Public Works department and beyond,
starting with the implementation of the solution for Planning and Development Services (P&DS), Water
and Wastewater (W&WW), and to afford the Transportation division an ability
to access the system as a discovery method to formulate its requirements for
the solution. This procurement is issued in accordance with the terms of the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement(CETA), Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), and other applicable trade agreements. |
