The Regional Municipality of Peel (herein the "Agency") requires a Vendor to supply IBM Maximo Subscription software for a three year (36 months) period commencing April 1, 2026. Only authorized Canadian IBM Value Added Resellers (VARs) may submit a response to this Tender. This procurement is issued in accordance with the terms of the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA), Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), and other applicable trade agreements.
