The Agency is seeking Bidder Submissions from qualified Bidders to supply and implement a cloud-based commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) enterprise asset management solution that offers core work and maintenance management functionality. The EAM solution will be based on an enterprise license and must be fully configured, implemented, and operational as identified in this Document by the end of June 2022,unless otherwise approved in writing by the Agency. 


This procurement is issued in accordance with the terms of the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement
(CETA), Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), and other applicable trade agreements.
