Description: 

The Agency is seeking a qualified vendor to provide but not limited to the following, which is further detailed in the specifications and drawing:

1. Supply and delivery of three (3) new units of gas fired factory assembled heating condensing boilers complete with matching primary variable speed pumps and condensate neutralizer kits. All equipment must be delivered inside the generator room on the 6th floor and shall be placed on the existing concrete pads at Suite A, 10 Peel Centre Drive, Brampton. 

2. Remove two (2) existing Raypak boilers sitting on the concrete pads in generator room on the 6th floor and dispose of offsite in a legal manner.
