Peel Regional Police (herein the "Agency") requires a Vendor to supply Adobe Enterprise Term License Agreement for Creative Cloud and Photoshop software for a three year (36 months) period commencing August 12, 2020, and a Adobe Enterprise Term License Agreement for Adobe Acrobat Professional for the period commencing December 28, 2020 and ending August 11, 2023. Only authorized Canadian Adobe Value Added Resellers (VARs) may submit a response to this Tender. 

This procurement is issued in accordance with the terms of the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement
(CETA), Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), and other applicable trade agreements.
