The intent of this Contract is to acquire professional winter snow and ice maintenance, as well as summer landscape maintenance services for the purpose of maintaining Peel Regional Police’s properties to be professionally maintained. It is the vendor’s responsibility to provide all labour, materials, equipment etc. necessary to fulfill the requirements of this Contract. The vendor will be required to visit the site as often as necessary to maintain acceptable standards, as outlined in this Contract, but not less than once per week during the summer and at least daily during the winter in the event of snow, thaw and freeze events.

This procurement is issued in accordance with the terms of the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA), Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), and other applicable trade agreements.
