PREQUALIFICATION FOR UNDERGROUND PARKING GARAGE REPAIRS AT LAKEVIEW PROMENADE, 1025 FERGUS AVE., MISSISSAUGA 

The Project will include the following scope:

1. DETAILED SCOPE OF WORK
   1. Structural Concrete Repairs including, but not limited to:
      1. Top Surface Repairs
      2. Through Slab Repairs
      3. Soffit Repairs
      4. Vertical Surface Repairs at Columns and Foundation Walls

• Reinforcing Steel Repairs
• Application of Penetrating Sealer and Sealant Cove at Columns

1. Waterproofing Repairs

• Crack injection in vertical foundation walls
• Expansion Joint Replacement
• Elastomeric Waterproofing Replacement
• Drainage Improvements including, but not limited to:
  1. Localized Repairs to Pipe Insulation and Localized Drainage Pipe Replacement - refer to Appendix 9.2, Assessment of Asbestos Containing Building Materials, September 28, 2023 for locations and condition of ACM.
  2. Replace Garage Slab Roof Drains
• Painting and Coating of Concrete
• Localized Repairs of Asphalt and Soft Landscaping
• Preliminary Project Schedule
  • The anticipated key milestone dates are as follows:

.1         Tender Period: June - July 2024

.2         Award the Construction Contract: July 2024

.3         Issue Order to Commence Construction: July 31 2024

.4         Estimated Construction Period Duration: 5 Months. Mobilization to site and establishment of laydown and staging area, environmental controls, traffic controls, site safety and security controls.
