Peel Regional Police (“PRP”) requires a qualified Vendor to modernize and realign its Data and Analytics (“D&A”) practices to fully support the Agency’s strategic goals and vision for the future.  Using proven D&A strategy development and implementation methodologies and incorporating industry-leading best practices, the Vendor will work collaboratively with key PRP stakeholders to deliver the project.

1. Project Goals and Objectives 
   1. Understand the Agency’s organizational strategic goals and vision for the future. 
   2. Translate the Agency’s organizational strategic goals and vision for the future into D&A goals and objectives
   3. Design a maturity strategy and an implementation plan to bridge the gap between (1) the current state of the Agency’s D&A capabilities and (2) the future state the Agency needs to arrive to achieve its D&A goals and objectives. 

MANDATORY REQUIREMENT
Only Bidders that have experience working with Canadian Public SectorOrganizations will be considered for award.

CONTRACT
The agreement attached to the Document as Appendix 7.1 will govern the provision of services by the Vendor. Bidder Submissions which are qualified by the Bidder based on terms the Bidder wishes to negotiate, or which contain any other proposed form of agreement, will be disqualified and not considered. 

This procurement is issued in accordance with the terms of the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA), Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), and other applicable trade agreements.
