Work under this contract is to complete the following work: .1 Park Estates, 1-18 Park Estates Court, Brampton: Replacement of the lower roof sections, localized replacement of attic insulation, repair of hatch openings, repair of vent shafts, and installation of new downspouts from the upper roof to the lower roof gutters. .2 Parkholme Place, 1-32 Parkholme Place, Brampton: Localized repairs to the wood fencing. .3 Whillan’s Gate, 22 Beech Street, Brampton: Installation of waterproofing coating of Exterior Insulation Finishing System (EIFS) at the “01” drop and interior finish repairs at Unit 801.
