This Contract is to retain a qualified Vendor to complete all the Work required to supply, install, calibrate, and supervise the installation of flowmeters, as well as the testing and commissioning. This procurement is issued in accordance with the terms of the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA), Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), and other applicable trade agreements.
