The Regional Municipality of Peel (herein after referred to as the “Agency”) is seeking qualified executive recruitment firms to support its Talent Acquisition team and hiring panel with the recruitment and selection process for the following executive recruitment roles, namely, Senior Executive, Director, and Senior Management Positions.

The purpose of this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is to establish a Roster of qualified executive recruitment firms for a period of three years to provide the scope of services outlined below.

The Agreement attached to this Document as Appendix 9.1 will govern the provision of services by the Vendor. Any requests for changes to the Form of Agreement in Appendix 9.1 must be submitted for the Agency’s consideration during the bidding period only, through the Bidding System via peelregion.bidsandtenders.ca by clicking the ‘Submit a Question’ button for the selected bid opportunity at least four working days prior to closing. Bidder Submissions which are qualified by the Bidder based on terms the Bidder wishes to negotiate, or which contain any other proposed form of agreement, will be disqualified and not considered.
