Description: 

This contract generally includes the construction of the following
components: removal and replacement of substation #1, including associated
poles, feeders, switchgears, transformers, panels, and monitoring I/Os; and
staged removal and replacement of Primary Clarifier No. 1 and No. 2 travelling
bridge systems, including the travelling bridge mechanisms, cog wheels and
track, wear rails, effluent launder weir plates, scum baffle, electrical,
instrumentation and control systems, and integration of existing sludge depth
monitoring instrumentation and structural repairs.

(CETA), Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), and other applicable trade agreements.
