The purpose of this Request for Expression of Interest (RFEI) is intended to determine if there is sufficient market interest to proceed to a competitive bidding process to lease approximately 2,500 square feet of basement space to a not-for-profit community agency in Angela’s Place, located at 45 Glenn Hawthorne Boulevard, Mississauga, Ontario L5R3E6, for programming to the community, Peel Living tenants, and where possible, on-site programming for Angela’s Place Residents.  In the event there is sufficient interest in this requirement, the Agency may, but is not obliged to, initiate a competitive bidding process.

This Request for Expression of Interest (RFEI) is being made available electronically through the Region of Peel’s Bidding System at peelregion.bidsandtenders.ca. Interested Parties are invited to respond to this RFEI by emailing responses to the enclosed Statement of Interest Form as provided on the Region of Peel’s Bidding System website and submit via email to procurement@peelregion.ca on or before the closing date and closing time indicated in the Document.

Submissions will be received only by the Purchasing Division via email to procurement@peelregion.ca and should be received on or before 12:00 noon local time on September 5, 2023.

 It is the Vendor’s sole responsibility to ensure their submission is received by the time and date specified within
the document.
