Description: 

The Agency is seeking consulting services for the development of a Long-Term Utility Financial Plan for its water and wastewater services.  This will include a review of current financial practices and utility rate structure and in addition, the identification of best practices through a Best in Class Review with related comprehensive public and
stakeholder engagement, the development of a financial modelling methodology, tool and training for the Agency, and identification of future recommended practices with related economic assessments for its various customer categories.

The bid document will be posted https://peelregion.bidsandtenders.ca when available. This procurement is issued in accordance with the terms of the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA), Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), and other applicable trade agreements.
