3.            ( Jane Place Balcony Railing Replacement)  
   1. 1.  Removal and disposal of existing metal railing c/w accessories on existing timber balconies and concrete balconies along second floor level of existing buildings A-3 & A-5 as indicated on the Contract drawings and     specifications.
   2. 2. Provision of new aluminium railing c/w accessories and anchorage system to securely mount on existing timber balconies and concrete balconies as indicated on the Contact drawings and specifications.

6. Work covered by this Contract includes but is not limited to the following:
7. (Exterior Steel Stair Repair At Riverview Terrace)
   1. 1.  Removal contamination, grease, scale, dirt, and rust along surfaces of existing steel stair #4 at Riverview Terrace and prepare surfaces of metal members for new paint including replacement of deteriorated sealants as indicated on the Contract drawings and specifications.
   2. 2.   Provision of new cast-in-place concrete landing pad including new sealants for existing steel stair #4 as shown on the Contract drawings.
