Peel Regional Police (PRP), the Agency, is seeking qualified vendor(s) to provide information technology (IT) professional services on an “as required” basis.

The Agency is seeking to select one or more vendors with expertise in providing IT professional services. The Scope of Services contained herein is intended to outline the general requirements under this RFP.

The Agency is seeking to award a Contract to a preferred Vendor with the option to award one or more additional Vendors to support the preferred Vendor to provide IT professional services on an “as required” basis, based on the specific details of scope, time and budget provided for each individual Professional Services Request and Statement of Work Form (Appendix 5.3).  The amount of additional Vendors awarded to support the preferred Vendor (if any) shall be at the sole discretion of the Agency.

CONTRACT
The agreement attached to the Document as Appendix 5.1 will govern the provision of services by the Vendor. The proposed Agreement is attached as Appendix 5.1 to this Document (the “Agreement”).  This Agreement sets out the terms and conditions which shall apply to the procurement of the Goods and Services described in this Document, with the exception of those sections where vendor input is solicited in the Terms Compliance Form within the online Bidding System forms.  The Agency reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to make minor changes to the terms and conditions when preparing the final draft Agreement

This procurement is issued in accordance with the terms of the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA), Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), and other applicable trade agreements.
