This Request for Proposals (“RFP”) is an invitation by the Agency on behalf of the Police Services to prospective Proponents to submit Proposals for the operation and maintenance of three Airbus H125 helicopters and providing qualified pilots to support the JASU mission for law enforcement use by Peel Regional Police Service, Durham Regional Police Service and Halton Regional Police Service, respectively, (each a “Police Service” and together, the “Police Services”), as further described in Part 3 - Scope of Work of this RFP.  The Vendor will be required to operate and maintain the helicopters, and provide pilots to all three of the Police Services.

This RFP is also an invitation by the Agency on behalf of Durham Regional Police Service to prospective Proponents to submit Proposals for the operation and maintenance of the Durham Regional Police Service’s currently operating Bell206B Jet Ranger, also known as Air1.  The Vendor will also be required to operate and maintain the Bell 206B Jet Ranger, also known as Air1 and provide qualified pilots to support the Durham Regional Police Service as further described in Part 3 - Scope of Work of this RFP.
