The Work includes but is not limited to, the supply of all labour, materials, equipment and services necessary to complete the Work as shown or as inferred by the Contract Documents. In general, the main items of work covered by this Contract include but are not limited to the following: 

.1 ~5,013m of 2,400mm diameter sanitary sewer along Queen Street North/South and Mississauga Road within a 3.6m finished diameter tunnel by Tunnel Boring Machine.

.2 ~697m of 1,200mm diameter sanitary sewer along Britannia Road West from the intersection of Mississauga Road to the Credit Valley River Crossing within a 1.5m mined diameter tunnel by Microtunnel Boring Machine Methods (MTBM).

.3 Open Cut Installation

The Agency will only accept Bidder Submissions in response to this Request for Tender from the prequalified firms stated above. Any Bidder Submissions from Bidders not on these Prequalified Lists, as stated above, shall be deemed non-compliant and not considered for contract award.
