This Contract encompasses the trenchless rehabilitation of sanitary sewers, storm sewers, and culverts utilizing cured-in-place and fold-and-form pipelining technologies. The scope of work also includes external point repair and partial/full-length replacement at various locations within the Regional Municipality of Peel. Scope items involve trenchless rehabilitation and replacement of existing sanitary sewers, storm sewers, and culverts, which include:

• Full-length structural rehabilitation of approximately 2300 linear meters of sanitary sewers in sizes from 250mm to 375mm diameter.
• Full-length structural rehabilitation of approximately 2350 linear meters of storm sewers and culverts in sizes from 200mm to 1050mm diameter. 
• Full-length structural rehabilitation of approximately 17 linear meters of non-circular storm sewer in size 850x1325mm diameter 
• Partial and Full-length replacement of approximately 95m linear meters of storm and culverts in sizes from 300mm to 600mm diameter.
• Installation, reinstatement, and modification of maintenance holes and Catch basin, including all necessary appurtenances. 

The Work shall include, but is not limited to, the provision of all necessary labour, materials, and services required to perform rehabilitation, repair, and associated open-cut operations. This includes saw cutting and removal of asphalt pavement, concrete sidewalks, curbs and gutters, and vegetated surfaces; excavation and disposal off site of excess materials, including rock and construction surplus material. All excavation work shall include shoring; dewatering; protection of above-ground and underground structures and utilities; backfilling and compaction; placement and jointing of asphalt; traffic control; and site restoration to existing or improved conditions.

Prequalified General Contractors (Bidders) shall carry a prequalified Sub-Contractor for bypass and open cut works as identified above. The Agency will only accept Bidder Submissions from the prequalified General Contractors carrying prequalified Sub-Contractors for the respective works.
