Pre-qualification of contractors for Underground Parking Garage Repairs at the Redmond Apartments, 3655 Redmond Road, Mississauga.

The Project will include the following scope:

1. Full replacement of all garage roof slab expansion joints. This includes all three (3) expansion joints located on the roof slab and vertical walls;
2. Localized injection waterproofing repairs at leaking cracks in foundation walls;
3. Localized repairs of deteriorated concrete at roof slab, columns, and foundation walls;
4. Localized cleaning and re-coat deteriorated/corroded soffit mounted box;
5. Localized replacement of corroded/damaged soffit mounted drain piping;
6. Localized repairs to pipe insulation and replacement of corroded drain piping;
7. Install elastomeric waterproofing system on garage exit stairwell;
8. Remove and replace all roof slab waterproofing membrane and asphalt paving;
9. Replacement of the ramp trench drain;
10. Replacement of the parging at exterior stairwell walls;
11. Bar end repairs at above ground concrete walls on either side of garage entrance ramp;
12. Structural repairs at Column Head locations;
13. Fiber reinforced strips installation at the garage roof slab soffit;
14. Provision of on-site and excess soils management; and
15. Protection/removal of municipal trees and permitting.
