The Agency intends to retain the services of a qualified Vendor to provide transfer and haulage of collected garbage, recyclables, yard waste, wood waste and scrap metal in Vendor supplied roll-off containers. The Vendor shall provide continuous container capacity in order to meet the service requirements of the Agency.
