The Regional Municipality of Peel intends to retain a qualified Consulting firm  to provide consulting services for the development, integration and support of the Peel Water and Wastewater (W&WW) Centre of Excellence (CoE). This assignment includes project management, planning, execution and support for the CoE for the duration of the assignment. 

The Peel W&WW CoE will provide a one-stop-shop for all guidance and reference documents related to Peel W&WW project and program delivery and a structure for the organization, updating, and dissemination of best practices. The CoE will enhance Peel’s program and project management capabilities, optimize resource utilization and improve the delivery of capital projects. The CoE is being established with the goal of fostering collaboration, continuous improvement and knowledge sharing across project and program teams. Rather than being a tool of enforcement, the CoE will empower and support teams by providing guidance, best practices and standardized tools and frameworks that encourage success and innovation. A core function of the CoE is the amalgamation of program and project data, integrating corporate and utility related reports, metrics and schedules related to overall capital delivery.

(CETA), Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), and other applicable trade agreements.
