Peel Region is developing a third tower on the regionally owned lands at 4 and 10 Knightsbridge Road. This new infill development will be 20-storeys and add 200 new affordable rental housing units in Brampton, where two existing 13-storey residential buildings currently reside. 

The following Bidders have been prequalified for this project in accordance with prequalification document 2023-374PQ:

• LCG Residential Builders Ltd.
• Buttcon Limited
• Percon Construction Inc
• Martinway Developments Ltd

The Agency will only accept Bidder Submissions in response to this Request for Proposal from the prequalified General Contracting firms listed above. Any Bidder Submissions from Bidders not prequalified through Document 2023-374PQ, as outlined above, shall be deemed non-compliant and not considered for contract award.

Bidders shall note that there will be one non-mandatory site visit scheduled for Thursday, June 27, 2024 starting at 10.00am  at 10 Knightsbridge Rd, Brampton, Ontario, L6T 5L6, Canada. Bidders are asked to park at the visitor parking spots and meet in the green space in front of the two residential towers (4 and 10 Knightsbridge Rd ). Attendance will be at the discretion of the Bidder, however, Bidders who choose not to attend will be deemed to have received all of the information made available to attendees.  A Bidder’s failure to attend the non-mandatory site visit is at the Bidder’s sole risk and responsibility.
